PlayStation App Code Entry Guide

Follow these steps to enter your access code using the PlayStation Mobile App:

1. Open the PlayStation App on your mobile device
2. Tap the gear icon in the top navigation bar

3. Select Scan QR Code

4. Select Enter Code Manually
5. Input the code we give you after purchase

6. Await service completion. Our specialists will process your save enhancement within 10-15 minutes and send you a confirmation message when your enhanced file is ready for access.

Upload save to Cloud guide

1. Navigate to your Playstation Settings to >Saved Data and Games/App Settings<

2. Head over to >Saved Data (PS4)< Then choose the first option >Upload or Delete from Console Storage<

3. Now hit >Upload to Cloud Storage< and Upload the game you want us to enhance by selecting it from the game list then clicking >Upload< in the far bottom corner.

4. Upon completion of the upload process, our technical support team will commence with the save file enhancements. You will receive a notification confirming the successful completion of your enhancement service.

4. Submit the authentication code Microsoft sends to your verified email address.
5. Completion time: 18-28 minutes with detailed setup instructions.
6. Previous save data will be permanently overwritten.

Security Recommendation:

We strongly advise against phone-based or authenticator app security methods. SMS delivery can be unreliable, and time-sensitive authentication codes (valid for only 30 seconds) often expire during the verification process. Email verification provides the most reliable and secure option for our service.

1. Head over to Microsoft official website, Go to >Security< then select >Manage how i sign in<

2. If you see an email address listed under "Email a code," make sure you can access that email account. If you don't have one set up, just choose "Add a new way to sign in or verify" and follow the prompts to add your email.

3. Select "Email a code" to add your email address.
