Follow these steps to enter your access code using the PlayStation Mobile App:
- Open the PlayStation App on your mobile device
- Tap the gear icon in the top navigation bar
- Select Scan QR Code
- Select Enter Code Manually
- Input the code we give you after purchase
- Await service completion. Our specialists will process your save enhancement within 10-15 minutes and send you a confirmation message when your enhanced file is ready for access.

- Verify your current save file matches our minimum requirements for the enhancement service.
- Sync your save data to PlayStation Cloud (PS Plus membership required), then exit the game completely.
- Open PlayStation Mobile App and enter the unique access code we'll send you.
- Response time: 15-25 minutes with detailed download guide. (Active PS Plus needed).
- Preserves your original game progression.

Upload save to Cloud guide
- Navigate to your Playstation Settings to >Saved Data and Games/App Settings<
- Head over to >Saved Data (PS4)< Then choose the first option >Upload or Delete from Console Storage<
- Now hit >Upload to Cloud Storage< and Upload the game you want us to enhance by selecting it from the game list then clicking >Upload< in the far bottom corner.
- Upon completion of the upload process, our technical support team will commence with the save file enhancements. You will receive a notification confirming the successful completion of your enhancement service.

- Access Microsoft Account Security settings and configure email verification as primary security method
- Share your Xbox Live credentials (email format) and account password with our team.
- Forward the security verification code that Microsoft emails to your registered address.
- Processing time: 18-28 minutes with step-by-step installation guide.
- Maintains your existing game achievements and progress.

Requirements:
- Game ownership only. Compatible with any existing save state. (Active Game Pass subscription required)
- Navigate to Microsoft Security Center and enable email-based authentication for account recovery
- Provide your Xbox account details (email) and secure password to our support team.
- Submit the authentication code Microsoft sends to your verified email address.
- Completion time: 18-28 minutes with detailed setup instructions.
- Previous save data will be permanently overwritten.
Security Recommendation:
We strongly advise against phone-based or authenticator app security methods. SMS delivery can be unreliable, and time-sensitive authentication codes (valid for only 30 seconds) often expire during the verification process. Email verification provides the most reliable and secure option for our service.
Set email as a recovery option for added security
- Head over to Microsoft official website, Go to >Security< then select >Manage how i sign in<
- If you see an email address listed under "Email a code," make sure you can access that email account. If you don't have one set up, just choose "Add a new way to sign in or verify" and follow the prompts to add your email.
- Select "Email a code" to add your email address.

- Open Steam Mobile App and authenticate using our secure QR code system.
- Implementation time: 12-20 minutes with detailed installation walkthrough.
- Current save files will be fully replaced with our enhanced version.
Access Options:
Primary method: Steam mobile app QR code scanning for secure authentication. Alternative: Direct Steam account credentials (username/password) can be provided if mobile access is unavailable.

- Head over to App store / Google Play and download Steam app and login to your account
- At the bottom, Select the shield icon which will be in the middle of the screen, then Scan the QR Code that you'll recieve from our Team after your purchase
