General Questions

Q: What is Selofde?
A: Selofde is an online service that enhances and customizes offline, single-player game save files for supported PlayStation, Xbox, and PC games. We do not access your gaming account or require your passwords—your privacy and security are our top priorities.
Q: How does the process work?
A: You upload your game save file, select your desired modifications (like max currency, unlocked items, etc.), complete your order, and we deliver the enhanced file back to you—usually within a few hours.
Q: Is this service legal?
A: Yes, our services are strictly for single-player, offline use and do not involve hacks, cheats, or any online manipulation. We fully comply with the terms of digital marketplaces and payment processors.
Q: Which games do you support?
A: We support a wide range of popular single-player games. You can find a list on our Supported Games page. If your game isn't listed, contact us and we'll see if we can help.

Account & Security

Q: Do I need to create an account to order?
A: No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders and view order history.
Q: Do you need my PSN/Xbox/Steam account details?
A: Absolutely not! We never ask for your account credentials or passwords. All we need is your game save file.
Q: Is my data safe?
A: Yes. Your files are used only to complete your request and are deleted instantly prior to the completion of your order.

Ordering & Delivery

Q: How long does it take to receive my modified save file?
A: Most orders are completed within 1–12 hours. Large or complex requests may take up to 24 hours.
Q: How do I upload my save file?
A: After your order, you'll be given instructions based on your platform for how to provide us access to your save file. You can also check them at our Ordering Process page.
Q: How will I receive my modified save?
A: After we finish, you can simply hop in and download your save directly from the cloud—PSN cloud, Steam cloud, or Xbox cloud—and start playing.
Q: Can I request multiple changes in one order?
A: Yes! Select all desired modifications when placing your order, or contact us for custom requests.

Payments & Refunds

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No. The price you see at checkout is the final price—there are no hidden charges.

Technical & Support

Q: What if I can't use the modified save file?
A: Contact our support team at Support@selofde.com. We'll help troubleshoot and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Q: My game save file is corrupted or won't upload—what should I do?
A: Make sure you're uploading the correct file type, as instructed for your game/platform. If you continue to have problems, email us with details and screenshots.
Q: Can I request a specific item, level, or modification not listed?
A: Yes! Use the custom order field during checkout or contact us directly with your special request.

Other Questions

Q: Is my warranty or online play affected?
A: Our services are for offline, single-player saves only. Using modified saves online or for competitive advantage may violate the game publisher's terms and can risk bans—Selofde is not responsible for misuse.
Q: Do you keep my save files after delivery?
A: No. We automatically delete save files from our servers 14 days after your order is completed.
Q: Can I request modifications for a game update or new DLC?
A: Yes, but please specify the exact version or DLC in your request so we can ensure compatibility.
