- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order or requested service within 24 hours, provided the service has not yet been completed.
- Defective or Misrepresented Products: If the product you receive is defective or does not match the description/specifications at the time of purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations

- Delays in delivery not caused by Selofde.
- Change of mind or deciding you no longer want the product after purchase.
- Accidental purchases or incorrect order submissions.
- If more than 24 hours have passed since the order was placed and the service has already been completed.
- Misuse or incorrect use of the product by the customer, where the product functions as described.
- Discounted, promotional, or custom digital products, unless they are defective or misrepresented.
4. Customer Responsibility
Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if the issue results from the customer's own error, misuse, or failure to follow instructions. Selofde is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect usage.
5. Requesting a Refund or Exchange
To submit a refund or exchange request, please:

- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots or documentation).
- Our support team will review and respond within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are made only to the original payment method.
6. Final Notes
- Refunds are issued as full refunds only unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Partial refunds are not available.
